The wormwood garden at the distillery had had some nice growth over the past couple months. This past weekend we harvested the first crop. It’s destined for a batch of Toulouse Green.

Our lineup changes with special releases and we typically have around a dozen spirits available at our tasting room. Our spirits include whiskey, rum, gin, brandy, absinthe, and more.
