How to Make a Hot Red Pepper Infusion with Buck 25 Vodka

You’ve got the Buck 25, now what can you do with it? Atelier Vie offers our experimental Red Hot Pepper-infused Buck 25 Vodka. Ingredients and method after the picture.


500ml Buck 25 Vodka

3-6 Whole dried Red Pepper (try Hong Kong Market)

Add the peppers to the vodka and infuse for 2 days at room temperature. Strain off the infusion into another container and discard the peppers. Try it in a Bloody Mary, or any other drink that needs the strong kick of our Red Pepper infusion.
