We enjoyed a great visit with Danielle and Pete this weekend, who came by for a full tasting as part of Pete’s birthday celebration. Congratulations to Pete on finally turning twenty one and being able to drink legally.
Our tasting room features our full lineup of over twenty spirits. This range includes small batch experimental releases that are only sold at the tasting room.
One such special release is our Euphrosine Gin #9 Snowflake Edition. The Snowflake was aged in oak for over three years; and also rested in stainless for over six years. The distillate is over ten years old.
Because the production process for the Snowflake was unique, it won’t be released again. Just like the once in a lifetime snowstorm we experienced earlier this year, when it’s gone, it’s gone.
