Our lineup changes with special releases and we typically have around a dozen spirits available at our tasting room. Our spirits include whiskey, rum, gin, brandy, absinthe, and more. Learn about our hands-on pot distillation process, local ingredients, and flavor-driven approach. Mashing Louisiana Rice for RIZ
To mash the rice for RIZ, we inject steam to cook and gelatinize it. Air-powered propeller mixer for breaking up clumps of rice, aka “ricebergs.”
